I love this company. I have never been so spoiled in my life. I even worked for myself for 10 years, and I still was not spoiled to this extent. You work hard here, and you get things done, but they treat their employees like gold here. They have earned my loyalty, and I don't see ever leaving!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited paid-time-off is my favorite. We also get paid healthcare and a fun, caring company culture that you just can't beat!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency is valued and encouraged. We all recognize that we have strengths and weaknesses. Our strengths used to help the team. Weaknesses are identified and team members help pick up those gaps so the team, as a whole, wins. Gossip is discouraged and I feel valued here, even with imperfections.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership consistently puts my health and my family before my job. Management here believes if you take care of yourself and your family first, then you do a better job for the company. I have never had a manager who cares so much about me and my well-being. They have earned my loyalty.
What makes you most happy at work?
At symplr, we are constantly reminded to take time off and to take care of ourselves. The freedom I have here and the concern for my well-being make me happy. They focus more on getting things done than on face time. The work is also meaningful, and the people are smart, kind, and humble.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team feels like a true family. On good days, they are there to cheer me on. On bad days, they are there to cheer me up. Additionally, when we have questions, we ask the whole team instead of just asking our supervisor. This helps us solve problems collaboratively and gives us all a voice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They tried to get to know me. They asked a lot of behavioral questions to understand who I am and how I work. They hire highly-skilled individuals, but they also care a great deal about cultural fit. I was also encouraged to be transparent. I was very transparent and they liked that and hired me.
