I have had some bumps in the road with my previous manager, and a few on my team that have very negative attitudes. It has gotten a lot better since the supervisor I previously had is gone.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just the overall environment. Even working from home, I always feel included
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have the best benefits I have ever had. We get a lot of paid holidays that other companies don't even recognize. The insurance is very good at a very low cost.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is very good at making sure she stays in the know of what is going on with her team, and always willing to listen and offer help. Very hands on!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are completely hands on and truly do have an open door policy. They are always willing to listen to your thoughts and suggestions. They are good at recognizing their employees for hard work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My recruiter was extremely personable. I felt like I had known her forever, and she was super amped up about the company she works for. That makes you want to be a part of it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are always doing stuff that even get us together virtually. Crazy hat day, pics of your animals day...things like that. Then always pick a few winners of gift cards. It means a lot to have fun stuff going on at work to let you have a mental break. It's fun seeing co-workers pics of fun stuff
