I love where I work I'm just concerned about some items in the structure and basic development business understanding that may eventually result in me not having this place to come to work at.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Culture used to be the number one selling point but currently morale is at an all time low.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Being interviewed by and interviewing future peers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Consistency across the company and across male/female demographic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture during recent world and local events has been outstanding and understanding.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Wonderful, talented, caring people who always 'show up' for the company and their co-workers for the benefit of the customers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Resources matching workload. Technology updates to stay in the game with competitors and make less workload on product support by aligning with volume and need.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

More focus on the team as a whole and less focus on looking out for your team/department. Ultimate winner is the company and the customer not the individual or the department.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Understanding that the base has to be solid before true positive growth will occur. If the software has issues. If the staff is understaffed for that development, it doesn't matter how many sales people you put in place, ultimately you will fail.
