
I think the Executive Leadership Team if very open and will answer the tough questions. Especially our CEO. They seem to truly care about the employees.
Our company was acquired and I have been happy with the new senior leadership. I enjoy working with my people in my department. I can have fun with a lot of the guys in my area and that helps build team chemistry.
