It was great at first. Slowly but surely, the PE pushed and pushed looking for outcomes that weren't sustainable in this market. with the current conditions. Perhaps if they had bought solutions that had been kept up or weren't broken. How long does it take to fix the problems?
The messages are good- but the execution is not there. They don't practice what they preach.
Some good people who came up in these companies that symplr bought know their stuff. Sad to see them leaving in droves
I feel as if everyone is working toward the same goal. A willingness to help one another. Positive discussions that I don't walk away from feeling drained.
Doing their job. Were led by a non-healthcare CEO. Our customers don't have customer success. Our products are old. But we have the enterprise vision! And that should be all you need to sell.
The support I receive form my leadership and the fact that I can bring anything to the table and I am confident in doing so. The ability and the freedom to be creative to get the job done.
Try paying salespeople the commission they're deserved. Were to work renewals, services, hardware and take on customer success issues without fair pay. Unrealistic software goals and services doesn't even matter? Do you understand healthcare? oh yeah- you don't
The leadership team is encouraging. Even when we are struggling, there isn't this feeling of intimidation or lectures about what isn't being done. The focus is on the positive. What help we need...not nit picking every move. There is an obvious strive to build an inclusive culture.
I was completely myself. So were the people I interviewed with. I made it clear that this is who I am and they appreciated that and it has paved the way for me to continue to be who I am without feeling any worries of exposing who I am.
The leadership does emulate a positive culture. There is a need to be successful- but it is done with an upbeat and positive approach. Its fun to succeed here. It make you want to do even more. We celebrate success and there is plenty of support to do so.
We sit in on all these calls that are spun to sound positive when they're not. I drank the Kool-Aid for along time. I wanted to believe. But all we do is change every 6 months and then wonder why people leave or can't hack it anymore. We need more stability and support to do jobs
