Challenging requirement and working even extended hours to complete the challenge even though no recognition from symplr

We need to recognize employee contributions based on factors beyond just the revenue generated by the product team

interacting with coworkers and leads every day. taking responsibility and learning. Managers and leads respect our feedbacks and implementing the same to improve the progress

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation package is not based on the state where the employee is currently working. It should take into account the cost of living in the state to ensure it is reasonable for the employee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We moved from Phnyd. While joined Phnyd they committed shares and other benefits. So I accepted the yearly salary packed whey offered. but after the merger, we are not getting shares or other bonuses. so we need to review our salary package match to our experience and role.
