What are some of the best things about your team?
We do our best to keep our meetings short and to the point so that we aren't wasting each other's time internally. However there is also a good amount of long meetings that happen through each department/company-wide. I also love the amount of diversity they bring to the table and representation.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews were more conversational than anything. Although they value your work ethic and resume, they really want to know more about you as a person and your integrity above anything else.

I interviewed remotely, so it was a little different. But the team was very accommodating and eager to converse with me.

What makes you most happy at work?
I think the people here make me happy at T-Mobile. I never have to worry about my manager not having my back, my coworkers are helpful and easy to talk to, and I feel like I can truly be friends with the people here inside and outside of work.
