I really enjoy our Fridays off in August. It's such a special thing about our culture. RSU, Bonus, etc. is great. I also enjoy having professional dev time off and our birthdays.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i have only received one small merit raise and I have been here 3 years.

1) I've been bounced from manager to manager, and have not had anyone strongly advocate for my performance -- even though I contend the results speak volumes. 2) As an older employee, I cynically believe management knows I am unlikely to jump ship. A 10% raise and 5% bonus increase would be great.

It's not about being undervalued - it's just that the base salary range is a bit off according to profile in my humble opinion
