Paying their employees for the time they were asked to work. And stop altering time cards to fit within their budget. Buy the proper equipment and supplies to efficiently complete daily tasks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can do attitude. We do not accept excuses.

The Residents. They are the only ones who will show you any appreciation for the work you do and for seeing you day to day. The turn around with employees is extremely high. That includes management, sales staff, maintenance, and grounds crew. Everyone six to eight months max.
