What is the best part about your compensation package?
The checks don't bounce. I also like the Perks at Work shopping opportunity

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot more work than what's required of me and I get paid 10.50 an hour. While that is not bad, it's not a liveable wage where I am located
