i new hire in company but the most important part the job is that toyota throug your teamleader and groupleadr make you feel i am important for company

A lot of unnecessary overtime, a lot of down time and no skills training. Higher raises and better hourly pay

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management ask for TM advice but they don't listen or take it in consideration until something goes wrong. They need to make a change right away before something goes wrong.
