That they quit switching us from hourly to salary to make us work repeated Saturdays. They reduce commissions provide no leads and hold on to them they reward the 800 reps who are order takers and screw over the people who represent them on the lawns . They screw over their customers

I'm paid a set salary of $500 a week but I'm required to work a mandatory 6 days and 60-70 hours every week. I have absolutely no down time or free time with my children and family and the ridiculous hours we're required to work are definitely not worth a measly $500 a week. That's why I'm quitting
