What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mr Darrell Washington is very understanding and helpful when coming in to contact with problems and very on top of taking care of anything thing that we need help getting far as uniforms or hours pto or other things

they need better communication. i have never met my district supervisor in person. they need to pay attention to the time sheet instead of assuming it always the same.

Yes, I feel undervaued. The Security Industry in general should pay their officers more money.

hourly pay is horrible and no benefits

as supervisor i dont even make a whole $1 above the rest of the guards. my check has been short multiple times, the communication is awful. the health care is so high priced that it is as much as my house payment. i would feel better if the insurance was better priced, and i was paid $2 more
