Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regular comp adjustment based on performance

The team I'm on is viewed by the comp team as merely a corporate function so we're put in that bucket now - as a result we'll get moderate bonuses and raises (if any) going forward. My function in the market is far too competitive to be paid like the rest of the corporate functions.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview stages (discussions and tests) were very relevant to the job, professional recruiters, very skilled in their work.

I liked that I was presented with both the positive and negative aspects of the role, and also discussed in a very objective way what current challenges the team is facing. Overall, it felt like I am being fairly assessed in accordance with the role I'm interviewing for.
