Classroom training, basic hands on training, safety and observation lasted about 2 weeks for me, but it can vary from location to location and on the job role that you are going to be doing.

Speed and amount of packages being delivered...there are other variables. I don't recommend working for UPS.

We're getting there, and it is improving. Every year we bring in more well-rounded, business oriented, professionals capable of sharing value-oriented (vs price oriented) stories that elicit a customer "call to action."
