They clearly do care about people AND the success of the business. When leaders lean far in one direction, it's detrimental to the health of the business or health of people. Victra balances it well, and I'm VERY glad at the Summit there was emphasis placed on the importance of merit and hard work

I enjoy the various departments of people and topics I'm involved with. Every day is different, something unexpected happens, and I love resolving problems. Makes me feel very satisfied when I have a lot on my plate and am able to contribute to the efforts of many others.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Seems to be a lot of downward pressure from the C-Suite onto managers. These managers are stressed out because they want to meet the expectations and that flows to myself.
