They need to pay servers at least $8 an hour plus tips, and starting rate for cooks and others at $15 an hour. They also need to stop acting like they are doing us a huge favor to "let" us work there.

The almost competition between the shifts needs to be addressed. Seniority needs to be taken into account when assigning hours, newer employees have been given hours that were taken away from proven older employees.
