Continued communication amongst the team and leadership...Genuine interest in each other's lives and happiness.
Review from HR Dept
I like their transparency best
Review from HR Dept
Ability to drive my own role, sense of ownership of my work.
Review from HR Dept
More proactive communication. We never know what's going on.

They need to be better at being a united front. Peter should have consistent meeting with his leaders, so that his leaders can have meetings with their reports. Company Meetings should be conducted as a panel with executives, and not just Peter. Also, DIVERSITY - need more women (and in meetings)
Review from HR Dept
Communication. It is obscenely difficult to understand what direction the company is going and where we're supposedly headed. The quarterly all-hands meetings are more like a presentation to the board and don't do much to inform the masses of what's going on besides as an update on the bottom line.
Review from HR Dept
pay with promotions, market-level pay on non tech teams maybe hire a compensation analyst for the company. Get rid of benefits employees dont use during covid and provide new ones that employees can use more in covid. More company meetings from the ceo.
Review from HR Dept
great benefits package with high salaries

Medical , Dental, and Vision being employer paid.

Being paid at or above market rate helps to not have to worry about having regular compensation discussions with your manager or direct reports.

that there is unlimited PTO

I wish I'd received, or been offered a bonus when I lost my manager and was doing work outside of my initial pay grade.
Review from HR Dept
For the amount of work I do for the team, for what I've accomplished, I think I am underpaid. If I left Wish, and if they had to hire someone else to backfill me, that person would likely get a significant increase from where I am at now. I'm inclined to leave to get a better raise.
Review from HR Dept
I feel that I'm underpaid for my workload and experience
Review from HR Dept
Market value compensation. Should be done right and on time when promotions take place. Hoping this gets fixed with the schedule HR provided on performance evaluations. However, no employee should be working 2-3 months more work and same pay when the title changes and promoted.
Review from HR Dept
my team really focus on process improvement and collaboration
Review from HR Dept
Small but mighty. They show a lot of perseverance.

Get the job done well and have fun doing it!

Respectful, accountable, willingness to help a colleague out, team effort, team work, reliable, and understanding
Review from HR Dept
We're all working together, it feels like a true team effort
Review from HR Dept
The communications at this company are terrible. We never know what's happening across the company.
Review from HR Dept
Communication. It's pretty disturbing to send an email knowing there's only a 50/50 chance someone is going to respond. In some cases (and with some people, particularly at the executive level), the chances of getting a response are 25% at the best of times and more consistently 5-10%.
Review from HR Dept
the people and how friendly everyone wants to collaborate together
Review from HR Dept
Team environment and not just competitive among the team members.
Review from HR Dept
I don't really feel a "culture" working remotely.
Review from HR Dept
All are created equally and respected.

The autonomy to build and experiment
Review from HR Dept
What culture? This company has no identity.
Review from HR Dept
Well, having one for starters. This company has the least amount of culture at any I've been exposed to (5+ startups in the past decade). Core values are a good start. Take those into hiring practices. Then the right people with the right values can help instill culture organically.

trying different things to improve the overall process
Review from HR Dept
No clear goals or direction from leadership. Every team is a rudderless ship, making it's own headway into what they think needs to be done. This works in small doses but it also has the effect of many teams working on similar issues (aka very low efficiency).
Review from HR Dept
I'm feeling a burn out and negative comments about the company and workplace doesn't help (information shared on Blind is toxic) I think the executive leadership being better at being leaders for their organization, to show they care, to combat the negativity, would help
Review from HR Dept
It would be easier to ask "what's going right?" and that answer would be "we're making money". Other than that, it's a very disjointed company and there's no clear direction, which leads to low or no motivation.
