What do you like best about the leadership team?I appreciate their dedication to our #1 value - Employees
What makes you most happy at work?A positive environment with great people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Incremental raises are very low, basically a 'cost of living' increase. Raises do not seem to be based on significant contributions. I would feel more valued if I saw my compensation progressing in the salary band, instead of hovering in the middle for years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? If Workday truly valued their employees, a cost of living adjustment to keep up with the pace of inflation would go a long way.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Having a culture of high performance and growth
