The management team in Romania needs to be evaluated. Their level of professionalism must be assessed. They do not care about their employees and they use threats to convey any message.

Work on growing and promoting employees. Give an employee an option to move to higher positions if there is no growth available in the current team and not hold them back.

Very under valued. I worked 55 hrs per week 6 days a week including Sundays.

Make it transparent, allow for ideas from all levels of the company, build spot awards to reward employees for going above and beyond, allow employees to review and rate their managers this will hold managers accountable. XPO has more individual contributors in leadership positions who cant lead.

What makes you most happy at work?
People. Team. InfoSec team have built a great culture amongst the team where we enable each other. Always look out for growth opportunities amongst the team. Constantly thinking of how to protect our organization and how to keep our employees happy

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
XPO EU is changing strategic plans so many time, and informing about global modification every 6 months. They change their ideas from innovation to financil restriction etc... That's very complicate to be motivated every day

Executives keeps asking for employee feedback yet continually ignore it. IT employees have gone above & beyond to deliver quality work on time while working remote. Despite continuous feedback asking to for the flexibility to continue work remotely, it falls on deaf ears. It's an easy & free win-win

It is the nature of Client Support. When you have multiple clients you can get hit from all sides at once. The only way to gain sanity is to have enough people to address the needs of the clients. There just isn't always a balance here.

In a 6 months project, leadership sits around talking for 3 months then tells the team what to do. Most of the time it is wrong and they took half the budget and make the team work hard to meet the timeline. Leadership should focus on the future and not the day to day.
