They're friendly, professional, care about the employees and give updates to the "little people" with goals for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I'm not appreciated or noticed for the processes that I have created and improved. I also haven't had an opportunity for growth in 3.5 years.
