It's fantastic journey I can say! It's not my first time to be in BPO but it's my first time to be a technical support and I am loving it!

I have the best supervisor that helps me to grow and learn here in ringcentral, very approachable and understanding.

the best part is when they provide us Internet allowance as we work at home and that's truly helpful

All Supervisor's I've been with are all hands on to their team as well as the Floor Supports are all superb!

The management is very hands on to their employees, they hear us, they are considering suggestions from us and they make us feel important.

the company had a great management specially when it comes to their employee they are really into the employees concerns and they are doing their best to work on the recommendations and opinions of their employee

I felt happy whenever I think that I am improving as a technical support. It's new to me and it became easier to learn because I have supervisor and floor support who are closely watching and helping me.
