The culture has exceeded all expectations. I was part of an acquisition and we have all been treated as valued members of the team from day 1. This is as good as it gets.
Started off great but tapered off each quarter gradually. No seminal event, just got gradually worse.
This used to be a great place to work until certain managers were allowed to make the place toxic. Senior leadership is aware and condones the bad behavior.
Fair wages. Above most competitors.
The package is fair enough.
Smart people who are helpful.
Solving customer problems to make healthcare better for everyone.
Just sell the company and get it over with.
Excellent combination of results driven focus coupled with empathy and positivity towards employees.
People here are genuinely helpful. They care and make others feel welcome.
I feel it is fair and incents behavior that benefits both symplr and myself.
We all pull together and we are all team players unafraid to act assertively.
They are as transparent as any other team I've worked with. I appreciate the clarity.
Hiring A players to lead and set strategy. Cutting back on abusive managers ruining the culture.
The culture has gone back in the past 18 months. A fish rots from the head.
We have too many "yes men" and not enough experienced people raising the bar for the team.
Working with others to solve complicated problems and accomplish great things that make the world a better place.
Probably every benefit we offer is at or above industry norms and we offer several benefits I didn't have elsewhere.
We are treated well and even top executives behave in a way that reinforces they live the stated company values.
Still a lot of good people here but the percentage of good people is less every month as the top people leave.
symplr walks the talk and takes care of people. We are treated well and when associates are treated well, customers are also treated well.
There are a lot of good people here whom i am honored to work with but the culture is mostly fake for the greater public consumption. Our execs do not live by the values we profess, generally.
Everyone knows about our credit downgrade and financial issues, yet we don't ever even acknowledge that in meetings. Further, most associates know you are trying hard to sell the company. This creates a cultural mess from the odd behaviors you exhibit dealing with the situation.
