I love my job at an Amazon FC. I would recommend anyone to give Amazon a shot and see if you like it. I must say that it's not for lazy people. When I am recognized by my leadership team and they give me positive feeback. Unfortunately, too many managers don't realize that or they just don't care.

Everything, but It would be nice if I could opt into my benefits whenever I want instead of once a year when open enrollment occurs. But new hires can be eligible any time of the year. It's not fair in my opinion.

It was a HVH or High Volume Hiring event. There was at least 30 people when I went and it wasn't even an interview. It was more like an orientation class and then a mouth swab drug test. That was about it in my experience.

What I like about my leadership team is that they are really fair and don't show favoritism. That really means a lot to me as an employee. Also, I really appreciate when they give me positive feeback and being recognized for my work ethic. It actually makes me not mind coming to work as much.
