Valid concerns of employees should be addressed honestly, since management keeps asking for them. Sometimes it seems like all you are getting when rising a concern is a load of buzzwords, but no real answer. It is OK for management to say "I don't know" sometimes or simply tell what's what.

again "the best"... Their commitment to get the job done, although the circumstances they have to work in are less than ideal (most of the time). I'm not sure if they are even appreciated for this, I think this is taken for granted. Yes, this is their job but going above and beyond most of the time!

The flexibility about where you work. Want to have a desk in the office? Fine! - Want to work from home most of the time? Also fine! - You want to work 50:50 between 2 labs to be able to be close to your team and cut your commute time (not a big fan of homeoffice)? - Sure, go for it!
