Taking action at a more urgent pace, especially when it comes to DI&B attrition and inclusion. It feels like there are many foundational cracks as well that need to be examined and repaired before we continue to scale at such a blistering pace.

I feel undervalued because the programs that are in place to help employees of color often require more work on the employee's part without additional compensation (aka Leadership Councils). This requires a lot of extra mental and physical work that takes a huge toll on employees, especially POCs.
