I've answered this question in 10 surveys at this point and have not seen any meaningful change. HubSpot is so obsessed with listening but continues to foster an environment of fast-paced inaction, where the best people get the good name on their resume and quickly realize they were sold a dream

Pay employees more and spend far less time trying to market the jobs to the employees. We spend hours in meetings, going over the same issues. If we were comped better, people would be more motivated and would actually care about what is happening here. There is no reason to put energy in.
