Great product, but company continues to struggle internally with shifts in culture + expectations re: productivity. An overall lack of experience and perspective. Lots of people whose only job is HubSpot and are willing to consider new ideas on the surface, but not actually create any meaningful or necessary change. The bar of talent is also just lower than what I've experienced at other companies.
