I feel undervalued because of the huge amount of things we need to know how to do in support . I would feel better if I got paid more.

They at least make it seem like they are concerned with our well being. But it mostly seems to translate into extra things we have to do rather than rewarding us.

Feeling undervalued is an understatement. When you hear about the giant raises and vacations and other perks that are awarded to other business units, it's tough to not feel like an absolute afterthought in support. Please pay us more.
