I think there's a lack of transparency in our comp bands where I've realized after the fact I was underpaid. I think different depts are skewed in the "market average" and I think we could be much more competitive.

I'd like HubSpot to do a better job aligning with the industry in more departments than just engineering. Leads and managers are also doing a lot more work in a remote environment where higher pay and recognition would be appreciated.
