Mostly positive, but Support Management, especially AMER Sr Support Mgmt, is full of people more focused on THEIR success instead of the success of the people under them. It's incredibly dispiriting to watch that culture shift over the last 4-6 months.

Yes I do feel undervalued. HubSpot is consistently under market average when it comes to Support roles, and my role is no different.

My work has been undervalued since Leadership raised the starting pay of the people we onboard without adjusting the pay for the people doing the onboarding accordingly.

Support management raised the salary of the people we train, and who report to us, but didn't raise our compensation. They ACTIVELY devalued our work while asking more and more of us.
