I love the HubSpot product and the people. The business is transparent enough so we don't feel like we're kept out of the loop when it comes to the vision and mission. The one thing I am disappointed about is the lack of progression for APAC CSMs, it does feel like I've hit a glass ceiling.

so many reasons - manager forgot to put me forward for promotion, was told yesterday ive not been setup for success with too many accounts so am not suitable for strategic accounts. the list goes on

It's publicly known that HubSpot pay below the market value for my role. Additionally, I was made aware of what new hires were entering my role on, and it was only $9k difference. Unfortunately this didn't make me feel very valued as a senior team member.
