They're approachable, they're human, they're forthright. They approach flat hierarchies right instead of becoming distant gods upon the mountain. I assume a few might even know my name.

The continuous push to encourage people to be their full selves. It might not always work, but it's nice that it's the mantra and every person who's brave enough to work towards bringing their full selves to work by starting a conversation makes me proud.
