We all try to help each other and support each other with regards to roadblocks thrown up by the west coast tech team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to honestly want to do better but they seem to forget that the company is more than just the people on the west coast when it comes to perks or allocating resources
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is asking the wrong question. There are plenty of positives but the leadership ignores the problems in the hope that they go away. West Coast Tech does not feel they need to work with anyone else and routinely cause problems due to their lack of consideration or foresight
