Salary is reasonable but bonus and equity is lacking
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willing to take risk, being aggressive on business growth. Understanding with risk, comes some failures (not going to win 100% of the time)
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We must learn to take our time and get things right; we move to quickly and everything is completed to 60% and that's become satisfactory.
