Hard workers. They keep it real.
That we are a team...
Intelligent, hardworking group that tries to make a positive impact.
They keep it real and aren't afraid to be genuine.
I like the forward thinking and growth mindset of our leadership team.
They're good people that are having a positive impact at Hoshizaki America.
I love the diversity the team offers, and I love the family "feel".
They're all very personable and have a wealth of knowledge valuable to the team.
The medical, dental and vision benefits are excellent especially for those with a family.
Intelligent, hardworking and caring individuals that bring years of experience together to make Hoshizaki better.
We are a diverse group with exceptional skill sets that are critical members to the team.
It's the whole package but the best part is the money and the child-care reimbursement has become invaluable.
The Hoshizaki team as a whole value each other first as individual's that brings value to the team.
They are smart, personable, hardworking, invested individuals that are all in, to steer this ship in the right direction,
I like best their competency and hard work. Chris is down to earth and Allan, well, he is too.
The best things about our team are not things, but they themselves. Everyone contributes to make our organization work.
The leadership team are personable, intelligent, hard-working creative minds that put their shoulder to it to make a tangible difference.
I am impressed with the work each puts into their day. I especially impressed with the skill set my manager has.
It's the package as a whole that completes the package - remote/hybrid option, PTO, childcare, insurance, volunteer availability, and the salary of course!
That we are a team and we genuinely care about each other and most all of us work hard to help the other to succeed.
The diversity on all levels really. We have a smart group of people. I see a supportive group focused on goals and results and getting through the difficulties but having fun while we are.
The childcare compensation is invaluable to me as is the option to work remotely/hybrid. I love that the medical rates have not increased in years as well though I have noticed a change in cost to me. I love the Development programs in place with Leadership Training. You're listening! Thanks!
The Executive team are a smart group of people who work very hard, and put everything they have in to making Hoshizaki a success. I especially appreciate the company incentives such as the Childcare Program which has proved invaluable in these tough times. I love the remote option now in place!
It's the "total" package. Our medical, dental, and vision benefits are great - even if you pay the highest premium package. Can't complain about my salary and bonus either, but what throws it over the top -childcare reimbursement and remote work option. Came at a very critical time, still is. Thanks
I am impressed with the backgrounds of the President and my boss. The Presidents story is interesting and his education is impressive. I am also impressed with his energy level. I can say the same for my boss. He has an impressive education and though he faces challenges, he perseveres through.
I like the paid Life Insurance and I especially am appreciative of the Child Care Reimbursement Incentive. The 401k package with Hoshizaki contributing 5% is awesome. I know I could be paid more but then again, I certainly can't complain either. Lastly, I means a lot that we have worked remotely.
We have a sharp group and for the most part, people take pride in their work. Our team genuinely care about each other and it's a joy to interact with everyone. I love that even in the most stressful times, we all have a good sense of humor. It cracks me up sometimes!
It is really the total package that makes all the parts the best. For instance, that's a loaded question when you ask 'do you think you are paid fairly'. For my title - for sure. Do I think my title matches what I do? That would be another question. The total package = best place to work!
The package as a whole is great. I have noticed a significant difference in what I am paying out of pocket though in my medical insurance. Not on rates. The rates are the best, but Cigna is not paying the doctors on so much. I am talking upwards to $10-12k and in less than a years' time. Grateful!
