It has been great and exciting. I have things to look forward to every day and I also have a path to follow for growth. I have lots of opportunities ahead of me.

HMO - having the option to enroll up to 3 dependents

Fulfilling my day to day responsibilities (by maximizing my 8-hour shift) without having to work overtime.

The no to micromanagement culture is one of the best for me. Second, having an inclusive culture and a positive work environment.

RingCentral has a challenging but very supportive culture and environment. It has encouraged me to be better at my job and be more supportive with myself and others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can work independently and collaboratively at the same time. Even though we all work remotely and we don't meet physically as much, I still feel the connection and care.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to meet different people, speaking with applicants, and having the opportunity to share about RingCentral. My job also allows me to offer opportunities to other people which is very exciting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole compensation package is very competitive but the best part for me would be the HMO package. Having this kind of security for me and my family during this time is what I'm very grateful for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel welcomed by the team as soon as I started working. It's nice to feel included in the decision-making and process improvement even as a new hire. The team made sure that I am learning and having fun at the same time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about working with our leaders here is that they do care about our professional growth and progress. They give us the training and guidance needed for us to be equipped for the job but letting us be strategic on our own at the same.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my 1 year of stay at RC, I feel valued by my team and my manager specifically. I get the support I need not just for my professional growth but in my personal growth as well. Althouhg, transparency is still being worked on, everything is all good on my end.
