I didn't even feel that its already been almost 2 years with the company. Still enjoying every bit of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Incentives - minus the tax. lol

Teamwork. That's really it. People who always have your back.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing demo's. Hearing "Thank you" and appreciative words from the customers.

Everything's virtual but we still communicate well, feels like there's no boundaries.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the fun stuff on every occasion. Celebrating small or big wins.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing the job done and contribution to great numbers of the company.

Aside from the Salary of course it will always be the Medical assistance.

Listening to opinions and/or suggestions that would benefit the team. Keeping an open communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's so approachable and ready to help. And there's a lot of programs to join to every now and then.

I like how they always say to just reached out if ever anything is needed. I know its part of the job but still, they always makes me/us feel that they are just really there.
