
Disappointing to see that now that I have been working here for 8 months that there appears to be no room for growth (which is one of the reasons I accepted the $50,000 pay cut from where I was at my last place of employment before it was acquired). There are perks (permissive time off, remote work)
Lately it has been uneasy as most of the work from our department has been shift to overseas Company plus staff are leaving.
