I am extremely happy to be working at symplr. I feel like I've won the lottery by having an employer that truly cares about their employees, their happiness, and that they are being taken care of properly. We make mistakes and we fix them - that's the best part, the problems actually get fixed.

They are truly caring people, empathetic, and respectful that we are people with lives outside of work.

Transparency. They truly care about their employees, the company, and that all employees have full information. That's not something you find everywhere.

Succeeding, of course. It feels good when you know you are doing your job well. Working at symplr has challenged me and given me the opportunity to grow - that makes me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication and willing to help. I know that if I need assistance or just additional information to complete something, anyone is just a Teams message away. I've never met an employee here that wasn't willing to lend a hand.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance plans offered are really great. It is not a miniscule insurance company that no one accepts, and there is a plan option for each employee's respective needs. Coming from a person that had to always go through the Healthcare Marketplace, this is excellent.
