We are all hard workers and we have each others backs when needed

It very supportive - I don't hear a whole lot of negatives except occasionally being very busy

I love my team - great group of people that know their job and do it well. No one dumps blame on others, we all work towards a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be "real" people, invested in the company and the people that make up that company. Do not feel that "bottom line" is more important that the people - even though bottom line is always important.
