In my part of the organization, there are a lot of people I can interact with and get opinions or help. There is a sense of a true "team"

I am not in mid-point for salary scale. No real progression. US benefits are terrible, I do not take them because they are so cost prohibitive for mediocre med benefits.

I do not use the health benefits because they are bad. I think I should be compensated for not taking them. Pay is better at other orgs for the same work.

Pay for similar role with similar qualifications is lower than other companies in same location. Health benefits/premiums are very high so I don't take them as cheaper else where. 401k match isn't great
