What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is how well my family is taken care of and that we are expected to have an family life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best part of the new leadership team is that there is now open lines of consistent communication with clear and consistent objectives which was not the case prior.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is not a lot of negativity vertically or horizontally. I have the impression that my opinions are valued, and if there is an issue it is handled quickly rather than passing it off to someone else.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team of General Managers collaborates ideas effectively. We dont have real competition between GM's because we do not offer the same product. Unlike big box retail where each store competes for the same dollar we are each chasing a separate dollar.
