What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down to earth and understand the challenges the teams are facing each day. They are always available when support is needed or to provide good guidance. Additionally, they understand the ever changing business we are in and are open to change. Makes it very easy to escalate ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are willing to give each other feedback and challenge each other to get better. Everyone knows that the each individual is looking out for the team not just themselves. We work hard to improve our relationships with other departments within the company so we can make the entire company better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we put our employees quality of life first in our priorities. That we strive to be more diverse and improve our culture and environment every day. That we are never satisfied with status quo but look for the employees to give us great recommendations on how to improve quality of life.
