they are focus on your concerns, willing to help anytime and very friendly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
BE fair with the PATI system and other benefits. Be Fair with what the employee is going through.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are best when it comes to doing what is right for the whole team but there is no spirit in this team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PATI - but the BAD part about is that you won't get it 100% depending on the number of work days OR you WON'T get anything at all if you were on LOA due to an emergency (hospitalization of a family with documents provided)
