Work is challenging. I need to make adjustments when it comes to work hours and expected output but I'm learning and it gave me opportunity to grow professionally. But I get to work with good people who do their best which inspire me to do my best as well.

I am happy to be part of RingCentral. I am glad working with people who have the enthusiasm to do better with work and always positive whatever challenges we may have. Work has been challenging since our team almost started from scratch but we're making progress and that is something I am proud of.

The last two years was not easy especially with the tasks and responsibilities that were new to me, but despite that, I am grateful for the opportunity given to me to become part of RC and being able to learn, grow, and improve with the role I am given.

I like that we have Quarterly Bonus.

Build relationship. Have more concern even without other people knowing.

They do not just care for the company but they do care for their employees.

People are trying to be positive whatever the situation is. It seems that everyone is happy most times.

I like the new team and how it is being managed. More communication, aligned, and driven to reach our goal for 2023.

When I'm able to complete my tasks and my work helps the company and the executives to have a more strategic business decision.

I like how the people in the Marketing Team are working together to work on the same goal. Everyone is doing their best and celebrate everyone's achievements.

The company acknowledge the importance of its people. I like that it values the well being of its employees. The company's growth translates to its peoples' growth.

When I accomplish my task and be able to deliver above expectation. When I get positive feedback and know that I was able to help to the team and Sales.

Being able to help the Sales and the execs to do their work more effectively and in a more efficient manner. Helping them to achieve our quarterly and annual goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works together to achieve our MBO and complete our tasks. We have our own strengths and weaknesses that complement to complete our tasks and achieve our goals. Most of us team members are new and yet we are doing well with our tasks and as a Team.
