I never thought I could be working at a new company during the pandemic. When most of my acquaintances lose their jobs, I have RingCentral. I am able to sustain mine and my family's needs and for that I am forever grateful.

I am proud to say that working for RingCentral has been an amazing opportunity especially because I started here during the pandemic (2020). I am grateful and continuously amazed on how the company value us - employees, as their most treasured asset.

the culture of diversity; everyone is very accepting and supportive

the HMO, though I thought coverage can be increased to at least P400k

When I hit my numbers! And as a team, we hit our target.

we are lucky enough to have been provided WFH allowance and competitive basic salary

Always, always Pro-People. As an employee I always feel that I am valued and I matter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Employee Engagement Team makes sure everybody gets more than enough motivation especially during this time of pandemic. The financial, moral, and psychological support is more than enough.
