ringcentral is great in terms of employee benefits. and its great that the company is growing. However incentives and other compensation are not clear to us employees. Its getting difficult to qualify to annual raise , Patti and Peld due to scorecard metrics.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
the company is great with how they take care of their employees its what makes me stay at RC i just dont think that ill stay longer due to this workload that really drains not just me but my colleagues whos on the same lob as i am.

rc treats employees as a family in terms of providing good benefits

due to upskilling and movement Ive been transferred to different teams for a month. so I cant tell yet
What makes you most happy at work?
my wave mates , even tho we havent seen each other face to face . I can feel that I have good friends in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the compensation is good however if i were to base it with the workload and scope of support that im handling now on my lob i dont think its matching.I found other company who provide a compensation matching on the work that they do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
retain the wfh setup or atleast give the employees liberty to choose what site they want i initially apply here because i know that the office will be located at ortigas and its now hassle because theres an alternate schedule for cubao or ortigas
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
too much upskilling happening in the company some of us have extra workload which is a hassle on top of what we do. I think there should be extra pay for workloads such as mentoring or upskill lobs not just annual increase that some of us are not qualified due to scorecards that you need to hit.
