We have a permissive PTO policy, which is essentially unlimited PTO, and we are regularly encouraged to take time off! Our leaders set the example and take time off as well.

The leadership team is fully transparent in their communication with the company. Regular town halls are held in addition to company-wide Q&A sessions. There is also open communication at the department level as well.

I like their regular town hall and Q&A sessions. We don't go long periods of time without hearing from our leadership team and I've felt included by them from Day 1 because of that.

The executive leadership team (ELT) is phenomenal! They are extremely transparent in their communications with employees and they hold various monthly meetings to keep us in the know. They also hold open Q&A sessions where employees can ask them anything.

Aside from the core insurance benefits, symplr also offers free membership to services such as Headspace and Cleo. Cleo has helped me tremendously as a working parent of young kids, and it's amazing that the services they offer are free to me.

The company values are constantly lived out in the day to day, at all levels of the organization. symplr also invests in employees and cares about their own professional development (we even have our own Employee Growth & Development team - how cool!).

We like to have fun! Aside from the consistent transparent communication across the company, we also have fun events through company-wide initiatives and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). There's a variety of ways to connect with other employees, which is great especially in a remote culture.

The real and authentic atmosphere that is created by our leaders and all our associates. When we show up as our full selves, that also gives others the permission to do the same - and I've seen this time and time again in my interactions with coworkers and leadership.

I love working from home and independently managing my projects, while also knowing I have a great team to support me if I have questions or need something. There's definitely a level of trust that symplr gives its employees that is unlike any other company, and it's extremely empowering.

I appreciate the nature of my work in that it varies from day to day and I get to work with different people across the organization. That being said, the fact that we have such a strong culture makes this type of work enjoyable because everyone is amazing to work with and very helpful and friendly.
