What I like best about the Leadership Team at ADP is the honesty and transparency they each deliver. I also like the fact they are not untouchable. I have met our CEO and our new CEO both along with Senior Leaders across Business Units.

My Team supports each other when one is out the others jump in to fill in for them. We are genuinely concerned if they miss work. We celebrate our accomplishments together and recognize it takes each of us to make our goals a reality.
